Release of Liability
I release Lil Mimi’s Bed and Biscuit, owners, employees, volunteers and agents from all liability for any loss or damage to my pet(s) arising from the boarding or grooming that may occur from any cause whatever, including disease, injury, death, escape, and other unforeseeable cause with reasonable care have been exercised. Owner agrees to be solely responsible for all acts or behavior of the pet(s) while in the care or on the premise of the Kennel, and further agrees to indemnify Kennel against all damages. Kennel is not responsible for any personal items left and such items will be disposed of after 14 days.
Kennel is authorized to act as agent in the care of my pet(s) and utilize veterinarian services at my expense. I agree to pay all related expenses including travel and additional expenses associated with the treatment of my pet(s).
If my pet(s) are not picked up at the scheduled time and is/are left more than 72 hours without contacting Lil Mimi’s, I forfeit ownership of the pet(s), who maybe places in an adoptive home or taken to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society at Lil Mimi’s discretion. Owner will still be responsible for all financial obligations of boarding.
A full day’s board is charged for the day regardless of time. There is no charge for the day out Monday thru Saturday if pick-up is at the first time 7-8 AM. After that time, the full charge applies, and there is a charge for Sundays and holidays. If the pet(s) are picked up earlier than the original reservation, the full reservation charge will apply. All charges must be paid before the pet(s) will be released.
Specific hours are scheduled for drop off and pick up. An additional $25 fee will apply for off hour drop off and pick up.
I have read this contract, agree to terms, and understand that this contract is legally binding for all pets boarded by me now and in the future.
